No, I didn't really need to learn (yet) another acronym ("SOTU," I now know, stands for "State of the Union Address").
And, no, I didn't watch it or read about it.
But judging by "the markets," there must have been something about (re)regulating Wall Street or raising taxes in it . . . (maybe both?)
